This Geothermal project was for a two story home in Asheville, NC. 2 story home with no previous heat pump or ducts.Electric base board heat was installed when the house was built with no AC. A new 2.5 ton Climatemaster unit was installed with new duct work. 3 - 3.5" x 150' Vertical Boreholes w/ 1" x 155' Vertical Loops Project Status: Completed 8/25/2011
This system should pay for itself in a short time as the homeowner stated her electric bills topped $600.00 per month.

The 1st borehole drilled with the 3/4" loop installed. The borehole will be grouted with the grout pipe on the loop reel and the casing will be pulled.
