This Geothermal project was for a 1 story 1,563 sqft. home with 1,563 basement in Statesville, NC, built in 1949. A new
4.0 ton Trane Geothermal unit was installed with new duct work by JP'S Plumbing & Heating - Statesville, NC. 4 - 170'
boreholes with 1 - 3/4 x 175' loop in each borehole.
